Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with CMC Truck & Light Co. / CMC MFG. Every order is crafted and prepared with care.

14-Day Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Custom Powder Coat Orders: All Sales Final

  • Brackets ordered with a custom powder coat color are made specifically for you and are final sale. They are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Manufacturing defects are still covered. If your custom order arrives with a defect in material, workmanship, or finish, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and we'll make it right.

Custom & Fabricated Items Because many of our components and mounting brackets are custom-built or made to order:

  • Standard returns on eligible items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, email us at cmctrucklightco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, and Missing Parts Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing hardware, contact us within 48 hours at cmctrucklightco@gmail.com with clear photos so we can send out replacement parts or resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
